自2026年7月1日起，新加坡国家环境局（NEA）将更新家电进口监管政策。根据新规定，个人自用进口的受管制家电将不再享有私人自用豁免，须与商业进口一样，统一执行相同的能效管控要求。

1.air-conditioners  空调
2.refrigerators 冰箱
3.clothes dryers   烘干机
4.televisions 电视机
5.household water heaters    热水器
6.three-phase induction motors 三相感应电机
